### Retention Period for Data

Personal data is primarily processed as long as the customer agreement, for which the data is needed, remains valid. Data is recorded in the register as received directly from the data subject and is updated based on the information provided by the data subject to the data controller.

Other personal data will be deleted when there is no longer a need to retain it. If the collection and retention of personal data are based solely on the Customer’s consent, the data will be deleted upon the Customer’s request.

### Disclosure of Data / To Whom May Data Be Disclosed?

Data may be disclosed to authorities as required by law.

### Principles of Register Protection / How Do We Protect Your Personal Data?

Only employees of the data controller and subcontractors who need the data for their job duties have access to the information.

### Customer Rights / How Can I Ensure Lawful Processing?
